Adding Authorized Person

Guardians can add people who are authorized to call the students, if you want to add a driver or a person who is authorized to call and pick up the student from the school instead of the guardian, you can do that through:

1) From the main page, click on the yellow Dismissal Call Button 

2) At the top of the page, you will see the option (Add an authorized person), click on it, add the required data, then click on (Save).

You can also view the authorized persons for each student by selecting the student card from the accounts tab > then select the student card > and then the dismissal call from the bottom bar.

At the top of the page, you will see the option (Show authorized persons) to show all the details of the authorized person who has been added and the status of the request. Authorized persons can also be removed through this option.
