Adding Authorized Person

Guardians can add people who are authorized to call the students, if you want to add a driver or a person who is authorized to call and pick up the student from the school instead of the guardian, you can do that through:

1) Go to the student account by selecting the student card from the accounts tab > then choose the student card > then the dismissal call from the bottom bar

2) At the top of the page, you will see the option (Add an authorized person), click on it, add the required data, then click on (Save).

If the person who has been added is an existing user of the WAKI, he will be notified that he has been added as an authorized person, to go to the requests page, where he will be able to approve or reject the request. In either case, the parent who added will receive a notification informing him of the status of the application. If the authorized person approves the request > he will be able to call the students and confirm their pickup.
If the authorized person who has been added is not an existing user of WAKI, once his number is added, he will receive an SMS message that contains credentials of the new created account, so that he can log in and follow the same previous procedures.

You can also view the authorized persons for each student by selecting the student card from the accounts tab > then select the student card > and then the dismissal call from the bottom bar.
At the top of the page, you will see the option (Show authorized persons) to show all the details of the authorized person who has been added and the status of the request. Authorized persons can also be removed through this option.
