the creation of the Coupons happens from the Canteen Super user side.
from Coupons:
Click "New Coupon" > fill the requirements of the form > select the type > complete the rest of the information needed
WAKI Admins have the responsibility to approve the coupons or reject them, and WAKI admins will have the ability to add WAKI Fees from coupons operations.
any editing on the coupons would again require approval or rejection from the Admins side, and editing should happen when there are no number of uses of the coupons.
