How to refund to your local bank account?
To request a refund of your wallet balance, follow these steps:
1. Open the Parent Profile
Tap the card displaying the parent's name to open the profile.
2. Select "Transfer"
Tap Transfer.
3. Select "Bank Transfer"
Choose Bank Transfer.
4. Enter the Bank Details
Enter the required information, including:
- Bank name
- Account number
- IBAN
- Transfer purpose
- Amount
5. Submit the Request
Tap Proceed to submit the refund request.
The transfer request may take up to 14 working days to be processed.
