How to transfer to another wallet


Rules

  1. Any amount can be transferred

  2. The transfer can be between adult users or dependent users

  3. The transfer can be by:

    1. Mobile number

    2. Email address

  4. Parent can transfer only to full-access dependents

  5. The full-access dependent should have an email

  6. The transfer is done by the email only for the dependents



How to Transfer? 

The user can make a transfer operation from the app as follows:

1. Go to Wallet or Click on Add money
2. Click on Transfer tab

3. Select transfer method: 
a. Send to Mobile Number
b. Send to Email
4. Enter the Mobile Number/Email
5. Enter the Amount to transfer
6. Enter the Purpose to transfer
7. Click on Processed
