Walk-in orders are the orders that occur during working days, using WAKI business app from the Outlet or Kiosk, the students can pay using WAKI payment methods (Card/Wristband - Face ID), or using Cash.
using Outlet:
from the main screen, select "Walk-in orders", select the items and their quantity requested by the student, select the payment method (Card/Wristband - Face ID - Cash), and complete the payment.
- Modify Items:
Outlet users have the ability to change the quantity of the items, from Walk-in orders, click on "Modify item" to check all items added for the school and change their quantities, then click save, if the quantity of the item is 0 the item will not be shown.
the outlet user have the ability to search for the item name using the search bar on top of the page, the user can click on the search bar then write the item name.
using Kiosk:
from the screen, the student selects the items and their quantity, selects the payment method, and completes the payment, a receipt will be printed after completion in both the Outlet and Kiosk.
- if there is no Outlet device, the students cannot purchase from the Kiosk device.
- turn on the "Print Kiosk orders Only" toggle in order to receive orders from Kiosk and print receipts.
