What is coupon?

Coupons are a digital ticket or document that can be redeemed for a financial discount or rebate when purchasing a product.

WAKI provides 2 types of coupons:

- Credit coupons

- Subscription coupons

Credit Coupons:

A coupon that provides credits for the student to buy from the canteen and deducting from the coupon during a valid range of dates instead of deducting from the wallet, used for Walk-in orders.

if the student has a credit coupon, any purchase from the canteen will deducted from the credits instead of the wallet.

Subscription Coupons:

A coupon that provides breakfast or lunch or both for the student to buy from the canteen and deducting from the coupon during a valid range of dates instead of deducting from the wallet, used for Online orders.

  WAKI Admins are responsible for approval or rejection of the coupon, when it is approved by the Admins, canteen super user can publish the coupon and it will be shown in the app.

  from coupons: Find the coupons you would like to edit > click "Edit" > make the changes > click "save" > wait for approval or rejection by WAKI admins
