To request a refund from your child's wallet, you must first transfer the balance to the parent wallet.

1. Select "Transfer"
Scroll to the child's card and tap Transfer.

2. Transfer the Balance to the Parent Wallet
Select the parent and transfer the full available balance to the parent wallet.

3. Request a Refund
Once the balance has been transferred to the parent wallet, request the refund by following the steps in the Refund to Your Local Bank Account guide.
